Luxury Villas in Cabo and Baja for a Perfect Romantic Vacation

Casita 5 Cabo Baja California

Luxury Villas in Cabo & Baja for a Perfect Romantic Vacation

If you’re seeking the ultimate romantic vacation to impress your significant other, look in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, which is located on the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. This is one of the few places in the world where you can find natural beauty, modern rental properties, romance, and many things to do, all in the same area.

While there are dozens of Cabo San Lucas villas to rent, we have hand-selected two of the best options if you’re seeking romance. These two properties are Casita 5 and Casa Cuvee, both of which sleep eight people. This means you can either have the entire property for you and your significant other or live like royalty, or you can find three other couples to share the property with in order to bring the price down considerably. If you’re like most people, you’re going to fit into the latter category. Sharing a Mexican villa with other couples doesn’t mean a lack of romance. In fact, it’s even better for romance.

No matter how much you love someone, if you’re with them 24/7, you’re going to need a little space. On the other hand, when you spend the day (and sometimes night) with friends, you’re going to appreciate alone time with your significant other a lot more. This is where the romance comes in. Both of the properties listed below offer plenty of privacy.

Casita 5

The biggest selling point for Casita 5 is the rooftop terrace. This is where you will enjoy views of the golf courses as well as an opportunity to dine under the stars. If you’re with a party of eight and everyone else has retired to their quarters, you can stay up late with your significant other to kick back on the comfortable lounge chairs, look up at the stars, and see where the night takes you.

Casita 5 has three bedrooms and 3-5 bathrooms. That’s more than enough bathrooms for eight people, but in case you didn’t do the math, three bedrooms might seem tough for four couples. Don’t worry. There’s plenty of room throughout the villa for one couple to get comfortable.

The way this usually works is that one couple pays a little less for their vacation. That’s the couple that gets the couch. This is a good arrangement because nobody argues or complains about where they’re sleeping. Everything is settled beforehand. Once everyone is at the property, it’s not going to matter anyway. The beauty that surrounds you is going to lead to complete relaxation and appreciation.

Two of the bedrooms have king beds, and one of them is a suite with access to the pool and terrace. We highly recommend locking up this suite. If you have to pay a little more, go for it. It will end up being an excellent investment. People never look back on a vacation and wish they had spent a couple of hundred dollars less. In the end, money doesn’t matter. It’s the memories that matter. You will remember going for a secret late-night swim with your loved one more than saving a little money.

Whether it’s during the day or at night, Casita 5 is a bit different than other Cabo villas because there is a hot tub that cascades into the pool. There is also a fire pit, where everyone can congregate with drinks after dinner.

Another big bonus is that Casita 5 is located within the Diamante Cabo San Lucas Resort, which gives you access to a 10-acre crystal pool, spa, and fitness center, restaurants, and two golf courses designed by Tiger Woods: El Cardonal Golf Course and Oasis Par 3 Golf Course. If you’re willing to pay a little extra, we also recommend the yacht excursion on the Mick.

Casa Cuvee Cabo Baja California

Casa Cuvee

If you don’t want to dabble over who is staying in what room, then you can opt for Casa Cuvee, which has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Nobody will be sleeping on the couch. The master bedroom has a hand-carved and four-post king bed, a private balcony with sea views, a soaking tub with windows, and ceiling fans. If you’re seeking the ultimate romantic vacation accommodations, this is where you will find it.

Other appealing aspects of Casa Cuvee are the infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, alfresco dining on the veranda, a chef-grade kitchen with breakfast bar, gas barbecue, shaded outdoor salon, lounge chairs, and sound system. The latter shouldn’t be overlooked. It’s not easy to find villas in Cabo with their own sound system throughout the entire home. This makes a big difference if you’re hanging out at the villa all day. Without the sound system, you’re forced to create conversation. With the sound system, you will feel entertained and that there is no need to create unnecessary conversation. In other words, it helps everyone relax. That said, it depends on the music. If you want a party, you will have that option as well.

Casa Cuvee is located on the picturesque Medano Beach on the Sea of Cortez and offers direct access to the Hacienda Beach Club. Resort access offers a fitness center, spa, beach access, pools (including an adults-only pool), restaurants, bars, and snorkeling.

Conclusion

These are just two romantic villas on the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. If they don’t seem like ideal choices to you, there are many more to explore. However, we selected these two for a reason, which is that they both offer ideal settings for romance. You will understand when you’re here.
