My wife and I are planning to make the best/safest drive from San Diego to Cabo at the end of October. We will be leaving our car down at our condo. Any suggestions for the best/safest places to cross the border? Also, would the wine region in Valle de Guadalupe be a safe place for an overnight stay and to tour the wineries?
